A large book binding scam has been bought to light in New Delhi, India involving the Municipal Corporation who supplies textbooks to school libraries. The Municipal Corporation made huge profits by charging extortionate rates for hardcover bookbinding. Over 1,200 schools now face a delay in receiving books.
